Promo Mechanics

A. ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION RAFFLE

  • HOW TO JOIN
    • All attendees who register through the official registration link or on-site registration booth during the event will automatically qualify for the raffle.
    • Each registered attendee isentitled to one (1) raffle entry.
  • PRIZES
    • Five (5) Winners of Overnight Stay Gift Certificates from Crimson Hotel Alabang
  • DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
    • The raffle draw for the attendance registration promo will be held during the event on October 12,2025, at the It Feels Right Caravan venue.
    • Winners will be drawn electronically or manually, witnessed by a DTI representative.
  • PRIZES CONDITIONS
    • Gift certificates are not convertible to cash.
    • Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes after the deadline shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

B. PURCHASE RAFFLE PROMO

  • HOW TO JOIN
    • Buyers who make a valid reservation purchase from Filinvest Land, Inc. during the event dates (October11–12, 2025) are eligible to join.
    • To qualify, the buyer must:                                                                                                  
       i.  Complete a valid reservation transaction during the promo period. 
      ii. Provide consent to have their name and winnings published for official communications and publications.
  • RAFFLE TICKET ALLOCATION
    • The number of raffle tickets earned will be based on the Total List Price (TLP) of the reservation as follows:                                                                                                   
      i. For every ₱1,000,000 (₱1M) of the total list price, the buyer will receive one (1) raffle ticket.
      ii. Examples:
      - Purchase of 1 unit worth ₱4.4M = 4 tickets
      - Purchase of 2 units with a combined TLP of ₱9.8M = 9 tickets
      - Purchase of 1 unit below ₱1M = 1 ticket
  • PRIZES
    • Twenty (20) Winners of ₱5,000 Our Home Gift Certificates 
      i. To be awarded to the first ten (10) buyers per day who pay their reservation fee on October 11 and 12, 2025
    • Three (3) Winners of 55UA8450PSA LG 55 HD TV
    • Three (3) Winners of LA100GC2 LG 1HP WINDOW DUAL INV AC
  • DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
    • The grand raffle draw will beheld on October 12, 2025, before the end of the event program, at the eventvenue, in the presence of a DTI representative.
    • Winners will be drawn electronically or manually, ensuring transparency and equal chance for all participants.
  • PRIZE RELEASE
    • Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and/or phone call.
    • Prizes will be released beforeor after January 2026, provided that:                                                                                                  
      i. The buyer’s account is active, and                                                                     
      ii. At least the second downpayment (DP) has been made.                         
      iii. Prizes are not convertible tocash.
  • FORFEITURE OF PRIZES
    • Failure to claim the prize within sixty (60) days from notification will result in forfeiture with prior DTI approval.

C. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All employees of Filinvest Land, Inc., its advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  • By joining the promo, the participant agrees to allow Filinvest Land, Inc. to use his/her name, photo, and testimonial for publicity purposes without further compensation.
  • All decisions made by Filinvest Land, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
